April Annette Lewis-Kingsport, Tennessee

April Annette Grizzle Lewis, 49, passed away at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tennessee on Friday morning, February 21, 2020. April was born on July 23, 1970, in Bristol, Tennessee to the late James Everette and Norma Dillow Grizzle. 

April was a native of Bristol, Tennessee and had lived in Kingsport, Tennessee for the past 30 years.  She was a 1988 graduate of John Battle High School. 

She was of the Baptist faith and loved her Lord and Savior.    

In addition to her parents, April was preceded in death by one daughter, Hope.

Those left to cherish April’s memory are her husband, T. Dwight Lewis; her two sisters: Lisa Knox & husband Steven, Sharon Falin & husband Josh; and her brother, James Grizzle & wife Julie; and her two nephews, Matthew Grizzle and Gavin Knox.

A Receiving of Friends and Celebration to honor April will be held at Snyder’s Memorial Gardens, funeral home, on Saturday, February 29, 2020, from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
