 Billy Heaton was native of Johnson City, TN. Billy was the son of Patricia Summers and Billy Jean Heaton. Stepfather Lewis Summers and Stepmother Kathy Heaton.

 His sisters Vicki Richardson and Tracey Heaton. Brother Billy Mayberry. Nieces Courtney Putnam and Danielle Mountjoy. Nephew Brandon Ingram. Great nieces Alivia Faith Johnson and Blakely Lynn Laws. Billy was a kind hearted person. He loved to ride motorcycles, hunt and fish. He was free spirited and always had a smile on his face even in the worst situations. He will be greatly missed.
