Blaine 'Bill' Hicks

Blaine William ‘Bill’ Hicks passed away on January 18, 2016. He was born December 28, 1956 in Sullivan County to the late Blaine and Alfie Hicks. Bill remained in the area most of his life.

Bill was a hardworking man that retired from Apac. He was a Baptist and loved to work and restore antique cars.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia ‘Trish’ Hicks; son, Blaine ‘Little Bill’ Hicks; daughter, Tammy Hicks; and brothers, Johnny Hicks Sr. and Tim Hicks.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Josh and Mason Hicks; sister, Karen and husband, Donny Flanary; 5 grandchildren; special nephew, Johnny ‘Punkin’ Hicks Jr; and several other nieces, nephews and loved ones.

The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.

Snyder’s Memorial Gardens is serving the family with honor and compassion.
