Deborah Jean (Yates) Stout, 66, of Fall Branch, Tennessee, passed away at her home on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, with her family by her side.  Deborah was born on January 17, 1955, in Kingsport, Tennessee to the late Avery Edgar and Dorothy Pearl Brickey Yates.   

Those left to cherish Deborah’s memory include her son Jody A. Stout; son Brian K. Stout & wife Melanie; her daughter Julie Stout Conkin and her daughter Trinity Conkin; her brother, Charles Yates; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.   

The family will be having a private celebration of Deborah’s life at a later date.
