Mrs. Eulavon Judy Blevins-Johnson City, TN

Eulavon Judy Blevins, 73, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 6, 2018, at Johnson City Medical Center. 

Mrs. Blevins was born on May 12, 1944, in Johnson City, TN to the late Hobart and Ida Belle Perry Hughes.  She lived in Johnson City all her life and was Baptist in faith.  She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Blevins preceded in death by her son Tony Nelson, as well as four brothers and one sister.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 37 years, William Ray Blevins, her daughter Lisa Jones & husband Ricky, and her son Keith Nelson & fiancé Gloria.  She also leaves behind 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

At Mrs. Blevins’ request, there will not be any memorial or funeral services.
