Florence (Biggs) Cookenour

Florence E. Cookenour- Gray, TN

Florence E. Cookenour, passed away with her family at her side Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at her home in Gray, TN. Mrs. Cookenour was born on December 18, 1939, in Kingsport, TN, to the late Clarence and Nancy Castle Biggs.  Mrs. Cookenour was a native of Nicklesville, VA however, she had lived in Gray, TN since 1963. 

Mrs. Cookenour was a Baptist and a 1958 graduate of Nicklesville High School.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cookenour was preceded in death by her husband George E. Cookenour.

Those left to cherish his memory are her 3 sons, Rick, Cookenour, Timothy Cookenour, and Robbie Cookenour; and 1 granddaughter, Stephanie A. Cookenour.

At this time there will not be any services held for Mrs. Cookenour.  The family requests that you remember her kindly during the Christmas season.
