Grayson Cash- Elizabethton, TN 

Grayson Avery Sawyer Cash of Elizabethton, TN, gained his angel wings in the NICU at the Johnson City Medical Center on Thursday night, April 7, 2022.  Grayson was born on April 3, 2022, to Christian Blade Cash & Danielle Renee Dawn Johnson-McNalley.

Grayson was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandfather, Robert Cash; maternal great-great-grandmother, Rosa McNalley; great-great-grandfather, Buck McNalley; and great-grandfather, Earl Stanley Price.

In addition to his parents, Grayson leaves behind his paternal grandparents, Crystal G. Davis & James L. Cash; maternal grandfather, Joshua I. McNalley; paternal aunt, Skylyn Murray; maternal aunts, Caroline Johnson-Tate, Skylar McNalley & Rylei Bailey; his paternal uncle, Peyton Murray; his maternal great-grandmothers, Anna McNalley &  Callie Johnson; and his grand-godfather, Will Valdez.  

A memorial service for Grayson will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at Snyder’s Memorial Gardens, funeral home, at 5913 Kingsport Hwy, Gray, TN  37615.  The visitation will begin at 4:00 pm and the memorial service will begin at 5:00 pm.  Evangelist Charles “Toonie” Cash will be officiating the service.

Flowers or memorial contributions may be sent to Snyder’s Memorial Gardens to assist with expenses.

Also, the family asks that notes be written by friends and family to Grayson in the memorial book when visiting, or brought and left.
