Henry David Oaks, 69, of Johnson City, Tn, passed away on 02/15/2021 due to liver and kidney failure. David Oaks was a person who worked extremely hard. After graduating from Milligan College he went into a financial career. He had a passion for UT football. He is survived by his daughter, Mari Whitney Marques his two grandsons Matthew Armstrong and Frankie Marques IV. His brother Herbert Larry Dean Oaks, sister-in-law Timmi Oaks, and their three children. The funeral will take place on 02/26/2021 at Washington Memorial Gardens.
