His passion for helping others led him to earn a master's degree in psychology from East Tennessee State University. Frankie devoted his career to the United States Navy, achieving the rank of Chief Petty Officer, a role in which he proudly served his country with distinction.
A man of strong faith, Frankie was an active member of Greenvale Baptist Church, where he played guitar and uplifted the congregation with his singing. His gentle spirit and faith-filled heart made him a cherished figure within his community.
