Jeffrey Todd Garland

Jeffrey Todd Garland, Elizabethton, TN, formerly of Bluff City, TN, passed away August 22, 2018, after a brief illness. Jeffrey was born July 17, 1965, in Johnson City, TN.

Jeffrey was a talented artist that found many ways to express his feelings through abstract art.  He had an amazing green thumb and truly enjoyed nursing ailing plants back to good health.  His witty perspective on any number of issues will long be remembered as shaping his personality.

Paying tribute to his life along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends are his father Dwight D Garland and wife Diane of Cypress, TX. His mother Barbara Jeter Walters of Johnson City, TN. Sister Robyn Dalton, of Newton, NC. Brother Matthew Walters, of Johnson City, TN and sister Anna Garland of Washington, DC.

A private celebration of life service will take place at a later date.
