Kenneth Ralph Gouge

Kenneth Ralph Gouge, Sr., 82, of 6619 East Sweetbriar Trail Myrtle Beach, SC passed away peacefully Monday, February 17, 2025, at the James H Quillen VA Medical Center in Johnson City, TN with his family by his side. Ken was born July 10, 1942, in Kingsport, TN, the son of the late Ralph and Alberta Gouge.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Barbara Forbes. He is survived by his daughter Debbie Gouge Peters (Mike), his son Kenneth Ralph Gouge Jr., his daughter Kendyl Eileen Farley (Calvin), nieces, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were all dear to him.

Kenneth served his country in the U.S. Air Force and National Guard. He also enjoyed his work at United Telephone Company in Kingsport, TN, and as a security guard in Myrtle Beach, SC. He loved to talk to people, loved his family, Tennessee football, and riding around in his UT golf cart.

Per his wishes, there will be no service and memorial contributions can be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org/donate/.
