Kimberly ‘Kim’ Simmons- Johnson City

Kim Simmons passed away at her home on April 13, 2016 at her home. She was born August 5, 1956 in Johnson City, Tennessee to Joan Simmons-Milhorn and the late, James ‘JoJo’ Simmons. She remained in the area her entire life.

Kimberly was the sweetest, kindest woman. She loved everybody and never said a harsh word about anyone. Kim loved to love people and had a passion for life.

In addition to her Father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents and a niece, Jessie Johnson.

Those left to cherish her memory are sisters, Toni Abott and husband, Paul, Shayne Johnson, Amber Bowman, and Scarlett Johnson and husband, Mark; half-siblings, Penny, Chantz and JoJo Simmons; niece and nephews, Dylan Whittington, Regan Dube, and Jordan Johnson; special niece and best friend, Lacey Dube; and special friends, Karen Phillips, Janet Wylie and Loretta Green.

The family will have a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
