Nancy Sue Jacobs Smalls, 45, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018, at Johnson City Medical Center. 

Nancy was born on August 15, 1972, in Elizabethton, TN. 

Nancy was a 1991 graduate of Happy Valley High School, and received her Associates degree from ITT Technical Institute.  Nancy was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Johnson City. 

Nancy leaves behind her father, Darrell Jacobs; her mother Peggy Hampton; three sons Andrew Logan Smalls, Ricky Leroy Smalls, and Travis Ian Smalls; two sisters, Lisa Luman and Rita Hodge; three brothers James Hatley & wife Veronica, Travis Jacobs, and Donnie Hatley & wife Randi Gail; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Antioch Baptist Church in Johnson City, TN, on Friday, July 6, 2018, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and a Memorial service will follow beginning at 7:00 PM.  Pastor Pete Tackett is officiating.
