Patricia "Chris" Hoogkamp Obituary

Patricia Ann “Chris” Hoogkamp, 80, passed away on June 1, 2024. She was born in Johnson City, Tennessee. Patricia was a devoted wife, loving mother, and grandmother who loved the Lord. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Tommy and sisters Judy, Joan, and Joyce. Patricia is survived by her husband Wesley Hoogkamp, brother Bobby (Sue) Bennett, sister Betty Comer, daughter Parise (Jonathan) Griffith, sons Mark Hoogkamp, Tim (Mischelle) Hoogkamp, grandchildren Noah Griffith, Nicole Griffith, Quinton (Erica) Hoogkamp, great-grandchildren Titus Hoogkamp, Swayze Hoogkamp.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 11th at 7:00 PM at Southview Community Church located at 1235 Moreland Dr., Kingsport, TN 37664.

The graveside service will be conducted at Mountain Home National Cemetery, Johnson City, TN on Wednesday, June 12th at 10:00 AM. Pastor Bill Willis of Southview Community Church will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Southview Community Church 1234 Moreland Dr., Kingsport, TN 37664.
