I have fought the good fight, I have finished my course, and I have kept the faith.

Rick was preceded in death by his father, Ray King; his mother, Louise Langston; two brothers, Jerry and Gary King; and his stepdaughter, Rebecca Gates; two sons-in-law, Aaron Dickenson and James Jessee.
Left to cherish his memory are daughters Deana (Matthew) Morganstern, Devona Jessee, and Rebecca Dickenson, and stepdaughter Kelly Lowe. His pride and joy are his grandchildren, Victoria, Dawson, little Richard, Xander, Piper, Hannah, Daniel, Jonathan, Katherine, Carter, Baker, Cooper, Velvet, and his great-grandchildren, Jaxson, Avana, Riley, and Lowen, and his best friend, Debbie Johnson.
Through his church, Rick was a faithful servant to the Feeding-in-Action ministry, exemplifying the hands and feet of his Savior, Jesus Christ.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on 11-20-2025 at 6:00 pm at the Tri-Cities Church of God. In lieu of flowers, Rick requested donations be made to the Feeding in Action ministry through the Tri-Cities Church of God in Piney Flats, TN.
Rick will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but rest peacefully knowing he is now made perfect through his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and look forward to the reunion with him in eternity.
