Rick A. Ramsey- Kingsport, TN

Rick A. Ramsey, 45, passed away in Kingsport, Tennessee on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Rick was born on March 13, 1975, in Richmond, Virginia, to Paul A. Ramsey and Barbara Castelow Jessee.

Rick loved playing his guitar and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Rick was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Eda Castello.

Those left to cherish Rick’s memory include his mother and step-father, Barbara & Tom Jessee; father Paul Aultman Ramsey; daughter, Kara Ramsey; sisters, Paula Rich, Crystal Dickens, and Kim Thacker; and his granddaughter Chloe.

A Memorial Service in honor of Rick’s memory will be held at Snyder’s Memorial Gardens, funeral home, on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, from 6-7 PM.

Snyder’s Memorial Gardens is honored to serve the family of Mr. Rick A. Ramsey.
