Robin Lynn Dolen Balthis- Gray

Robin Balthis,53, passed away unexpectedly March 23, 2016. Robin was born March 18, 1963 in Camp LeJeune, NC to Hoyt Lyle Dolen and the late Edith Gay Dolen. She lived most of her life in Kingsport, TN. Robin was a very loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

In addition to her father, Hoyt, those left to cherish the memory of Robin are: husband, Kevin Balthis; daughter, Josey Lynn Rose Bernard; brother, Dondi Ben Dolen (Kathy); grandmother, Maggie Marie Vaughn; granddaughters, Maggie Ella Gay Pentecost and Lelah Clover Blaze Bernard; special nieces, Melissa Ann Dolen Penn and Tia Ann Dolen Green; favorite aunt, Janice Sue Price and her husband, Emory, along with their family, Opal Waye and her family; uncles, Ronnie Carl Vaughn and his family, Donovan Kay Jones and his family, all of TN; Lowell Terry Adams and his family, of Arizona; two very special friends, Barbara Jane Dolen and Kathy Cox Benton.

Robin was a very kind, caring, and giving person that loved all of her nursing home patients as much as they loved her.

The family will have a Celebration of Life for Robin at Warriors Path State Park on Duck Island on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 5-7 pm.
