Stephen Pierre Dunn- Gray, TN

Stephen P. Dunn, 72, passed away on Thursday morning, September 5, 2019, at Johnson City Medical Center with his wife at his side. Mr. Dunn was born on August 20, 1947, in Johnson City, Tennessee, to the late Rudolph and Vinnie Lewis Dunn.

Mr. Dunn was a native to Gray and lived there for most of his life. He was a 1964 graduate of University High School.  Mr. Dunn proudly served in the United States Army, was a Vietnam Veteran, and was a lifetime member of the Boone Dam VFW.  He later retired from United Telephone Company after 30 plus years of service.

Mr. Dunn is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Judy Hamilton Dunn.  He also left behind two sisters: Sue Dockery and husband Danny and Toni Rendano and husband Joe.

At the request of Mr. Dunn, there will be no services held in his memory.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Mr. Dunn’s name to the Bridge Home No Kill animal shelter, the Washington County Animal Shelter, or an animal shelter of your choice.
