Tiberiu 'Tibi' Ioan Mociran

Tiberiu ‘Tibi’ Ioan Mociran was born on September 22, 1981, and died on June 28, 2023, at 41 years of age. He is survived by his beloved wife of 10 ½ years, Madalina; his two stepsons, Christopher & Justin Ghibea; his father, John Mociran and mother, Maria Mociran; his brother, Adrian and wife Andrea and their son Lavi Mociran; along with many uncles, aunts, and cousins. Let us not forget Tibi’s four-legged friend Bella, which he was crazy about.

Tibi worked as a skilled carpenter often with his father. He demonstrated a great love for his wife, family, friends, and people in general. He always had kind words to say to strengthen and encourage others. Living in Chicago for over 20 years, Tibi loved the Cubs, Bears, and Bulls. However, he loved living in Tennessee with his family more. Tibi demonstrated kindness and gave of his heart to assist others. He was known as a kind, caring, and generous person. One thing that impressed Madalina especially was how Tibi gave his heart to her boys Christopher and Justin. He treated them like they were his own.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 5:00 pm on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Snyder’s Memorial in Gray, TN. A funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Mociran will follow with Brother Terry Joyner officiating.
