Tim Abel, 58, of Elizabethton, left his Earthly home at his residence in Elizabethton, TN on Monday night, February 6, 2017.

Mr. Abel grew up in Oxford, PA., and had enjoyed living in Elizabethton, for the last 14 years.

He was born in Avery, NC to the late Dennis and Lillie Hamm Abel.

Tim was of the Baptist faith.  He loved the mountains and enjoyed motorcycles.

Left behind to cherish his memory are two sisters; Teresa & George Fisher, Tammy McAllister;  a brother Teddy Abel and Tim’s beloved dog Little Bit.

At Tim’s request there will not be a funeral or memorial service.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made in his name to Paws of Hope in Bluff City, TN.
