Vickey Renee (Dye) Walters

Vickey Renee Dye Walters, left us peacefully on the 25th of July, 2024, in Johnson City, TN, at the age of 53. Born on March 31, 1971, in Johnson City, she was the daughter of Gale "Jeep" Dye (Marianne) and the late Joann Chapman.

She leaves behind a legacy through her beloved daughter Megan Hickman (Matt) and her cherished grandson, Porter Jeep Hickman. The memory of Vickey will also be warmly carried in the hearts of her brothers Mickey Dye and John Charlton, and in the remembrance of her brother Sidney Craig who predeceased her.

A member of University Parkway Baptist Church, Vickey's faith was as immense as her love for the outdoors and her fondness for animals, especially dogs. Her spirit will remain a guiding light, mirroring her love for beach walks under the vast, open sky.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Friday, August 2, 2024, at Swifty Pig Barbeque in Sulphur Springs.
